Herag Haleblian, Founder and Managing Partner of KRE Consulting, LLC, has been a management consultant for over 20 years with extensive experience in delivering large, complex and diverse projects. He has the unique ability not only to navigate complex situations but also to articulate complex ideas clearly. He uses this skill in various settings: as a professor in academia, as a leader in various charitable organizations, and finally as an entrepreneur at KRE. He has been able to incubate and grow the company by leveraging strong relationships at multiple levels of client organizations to achieve results. His calm demeanor, optimistic nature and critical thinking skills have enabled him to build relationships with prospective and existing clients and consultants.

Prior to founding KRE, Herag was a Sr. Manager with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting). During his 10 years at Accenture, he gained extensive project management skills while working on multiple projects for Fortune 300 companies as well as startups. He managed multiple large system implementations as well as business strategy and transformation projects. He gained domain expertise in Customer Relationship Management, Call Center Effectiveness, Customer Information Systems and Work Order Management Systems.
Herag’s other passions include education and humanitarian causes. He has been a guest lecturer at the American University of Armenia (during a sabbatical year), at Cal State Dominguez Hills, and at his alma mater, the University of Southern California. He has served in his local church in many capacities including as an Elder on the Board, and has also been involved with many local and international non-profit organizations that deal primarily in the areas of leadership development, humanitarian aid to the poor, and the abolition of human trafficking.
Herag holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering both from the University of Southern California where he graduated with honors. In his spare time, Herag enjoys playing or watching almost any sport, but especially soccer, basketball and tennis. His ultimate passion is leading, serving and spending time with his family; his wife, 3 children, a dog (yes!) and a cat (not my idea!).
